All sales are final. No returns accepted. Some exchanges are accepted.
If you have an issue or concern with your product(s) we will work with you to resolve it and in most cases we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Shipping costs for items which are part of an exchange are at the expense of the customer.
If you have an issue, concern or your product(s) never arrived please contact us at email@example.com with attached photo(s), and a description explaining the issue. We will respond and take care of you asap.
Due to our fulfillment process, separate items ordered may ship in separate packages.
